When installing three-phase meters, it is essential to carry out a check via the Wibeee Nest App to ensure that the measurements and calculated values correspond to the installation.

In case the three-phase installation check reports an error in the orientation of any of the clamps, we must modify the direction of those clamps with a negative power factor.

With Wibeee meters, it is possible to change the orientation of the current clamps remotely and independently between channels.

ATTENTION. This functionality is only available for Firmware versions 4.4.169 / 5.4.169 or later. It is recommended to check the Firmware version before proceeding, and update the meter Firmware if necessary.

Modify the orientation of the clamps through Wibeee Nest

Access the Configuration screen.
On the three-phase meter you wish to correct, click on the Change direction icon on the corresponding circuit or circuits.
In the pop-up window, select Inverted direction and save the changes.

Access the internal page of the meter
In the General Options section, activate or deactivate the rotation of each of the clamps independently in Invert Clamp 1, 2, or 3.
Click on Apply General Options.

It is highly recommended that you return to Wibeee Nest and repeat the three-phase check again to confirm that the meter has correctly saved the new changes and the measurements correspond to the installation.
