How to change my account details?
Changing my account details
If you want to change your account details or interface language, follow these steps.
Access https://nest.wibeee.com or via the App using your username (email) and password.
In the top right corner you will find the user icon to access your account settings.
In the Account Details section, you can modify your contact details (name, surname, or email) and/or the language of the platform.
Change password
If you want to change your account details or the language of your interface, follow these steps.
Log in at https://nest.wibeee.com or via the APP using your username (email) and password.
Click on the User icon, located in the top right corner of the web, and the top left corner of the App, to access your Account settings.
In the Change Password section, modify your password.
The password must have a minimum of 8 characters (1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character).
Account deletion
Log in at https://nest.wibeee.com or via the APP using your username (email) and password.
Click on the User icon, located in the top right corner of the web, and the top left corner of the App, to access your Account settings.
Click on the Account Deletion button.
