I don't see real-time data - main device in space
Problem
The device is not marked as main in the space or there is no main meter in the space.
Solution
One of the most frequent causes is that the meter is not correctly configured. To do this, follow the steps described below:
Go to the Configuration section.
In the Devices section we will observe the Active option in this space → It must be ticked.
Finally, the option Main device in this space → It must be ticked.
Click on Save
In each space there must always be a main device.
