Wibeee Business is no longer operational, and I have not migrated my meter.

On 30 November 2022, the Wibeee Business service was closed. Until that date, a two-month process had been initiated to allow users to migrate their devices to the new Wibeee Nest platform. If for any reason you did not migrate your meters within the deadline, automatic migration is no longer possible.

What are my options?

The first thing you need to know is that your meter is still operational. You simply need to reset it and connect it to Wibeee Nest via the new app.

The procedure to do this is simple:

  1. Download the Wibeee Nest app from the corresponding market (Android/iOS).

What will happen to the historical data I had in Wibeee Business?

As you can no longer access this platform, you do not have access to this data nor can you download it. However, it is possible that all readings for the last 2 years will appear in Wibeee Nest, starting from the day you have done the new installation. This will only happen as long as we keep our Google platform open. You should be aware that it is scheduled to close at the end of the second quarter of 2023 and, from that moment on, the stored measurements will be completely unrecoverable.
