How to share my space?

Through the permissions page, we can grant privileges to other users to view our space, or even transfer ownership if we wish.

User permissions

Owner and Viewer are the user types that currently exist in Wibeee Nest.

Owner is the permission that is set to a user who creates a space and assigns one or more devices to that space. The Owner user can give viewing permissions to other users for their space(s).
Viewer users can only access the space without editing or modifying privileges, they can only, as the name suggests, view the data of that space.

Only the Owner user will be able to add new viewer users to his space, or transfer ownership. To do this we must follow the following steps:

Go to the Permissions screen, located in the main menu, to see those users who currently have visualization or ownership of the space.
Press Add user and indicate to the system which user we want to give privileges to access our space.
1. If the user is already registered, a message like the one shown below will appear asking for confirmation to be able to share the space.
2. If the user does not exist in the system, the user's details will be requested prior to the email that will be sent to the user in order to establish the password and complete the registration.
An email from wibeee@wibeee.com with the following body will arrive in the inbox of the user who has just been invited to see our space.

After clicking on the Join Space link you will be able to start viewing the space you have been invited to.
