Registering a new user

After accessing https://nest.wibeee.com and clicking the Create account button, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Complete the First and Last Name fields.

2. Enter a valid and functioning email address to which the following steps will be sent to complete the registration, as well as alarms and reports created within the platform.

3. Select the I have read and agree to the privacy policy(*) checkbox, and optionally the Receive service and product information checkbox, and click Begin.

4. Check your email inbox and access the Account activation email sent from wibeee@wibeee.com. Click the Set password link to continue with the registration. You have 7 days to register. After this time, the link sent to your email will expire and you will need to proceed with the process of creating a new account again.

5. On the pop-up page, fill in the password for your Wibeee NEST username and repeat the password. Minimum 8 digits (it must consist of at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character)

6. Access the App with your username to start using Wibeee NEST.

If you already have an account, you will be able to access Wibeee NEST, through the downloaded App or via the web platform at: https://nest.wibeee.com/, by entering the email and password and clicking on Sign In.
