Problem

  1. Check that the consumption meter is marked as main device.

  2. The solar panel appliance is not assigned correctly.

Solution

One of the most frequent causes is that the meter is not correctly configured. To do this, follow the steps described below:

  1. Go to the Configuration section.

  2. To the right of each circuit there is a button with a picture of a fridge.

  3. Click on it to open the list of electrical appliances.

  4. Click on Add new appliance.

  5. Search for and select Solar Panel, assign a name and save the changes.

  6. Click on Save

For single-phase equipment, it must be assigned to circuit 2. For three-phase or One 2W equipment, it must be assigned to the general channel.

There must always be one main device in each space. In the case of a three-phase installation, the main device must be the one that measures consumption.
