Where can I find the firmware version of my meter?
Firmware updates allow the meters to be always up to date with the latest developments and improvements applied in their operation, and to improve the accuracy of measurements and calculations of the different parameters.
The firmware version of the meter can be viewed via the web platform or from the mobile App, however, updates can only be performed via the App.
Locate the Firmware version in Wibeee Nest
In the Wibeee Nest web platform or App, access the Settings menu.
In the Devices section, locate the Firmware version, right next to the device icon.
Next to the firmware version of the device, a Pending update message will appear if the firmware version of the device is not the latest version.
How to update the firmware of a meter?
Once the update process is complete, the firmware version is displayed with an "Updated" label.
