How to access the internal page of the meter?

Your system is configured in Wibeee Nest and connected to a WiFi network

When the meter is configured and connected to a WiFi network, the blue LED does not blink and the meter communicates correctly with the server.

What do the LEDs on the meter indicate?

Access to the meter's internal page requires connection to the same WiFi network as the meter.

In these cases, the meter may have changed its IP address when connecting to Wibeee Nest. Therefore, you need to check the current meter address on the platform to access the system’s internal page:

  1. In Wibeee Nest, select a space and access the Settings menu.

  2. Locate the meter in the list and see its IP address in the IP field just below the meter's name.

3. Access the IP address via the browser. The system's internal page will appear on the screen

If a login page appears instead, enter the following credentials and click Login to access the system's internal page:

  • User: user

  • Password: user

The system is not configured or connected to a WiFi network

1. Connect the mobile device or computer to the WiFi network broadcast by the Wibeee. It will appear as Wibeee_XX:XX:XX, where the last characters correspond to the last 6 characters of the meter's MAC.

2. Access IP address 192.168.1.150 via the browser. The system's internal page will appear on the screen.
