Why don't I see the breakdown of my appliances?
To start viewing the list, it is essential that you previously add the appliances to the platform and link them to the system or channel that is monitoring them.
Adding / Configuring Appliances
If these are appliances that are automatically detectable by the algorithm, the results of the breakdown list may take several days to appear. For the simplest cases, such as fridges or freezers, the breakdown list can be seen three to five days after their configuration.
Typically, appliances that require assistance with questions are used infrequently, for example a washing machine, and not constantly, as is the case with fridges, so they require more time than automatically detected ones to be identified. In this case, the algorithm will detect them more quickly the greater the interaction with that appliance is, as the questions are answered and the algorithm receives feedback.
For appliances that require manual training, we recommended
performing 3-6 training sessions per appliance. For those with several power levels, such as hair dryers, a minimum of 2-3 training sessions per power level are recommended.
For appliances measured directly with a power clamp or dedicated meter (lights, solar panels...), the breakdown list can be seen on the platform the next day (24 hours).
WARNING! Direct load measurement is only effective if a single appliance of this type is monitored. Otherwise, the algorithm is unable to identify multiple appliances that require direct measurement linked to a single channel or meter.
